Marked on the chart where the wax fell: a clog cast in bronze, breathing through every port, refusing every sock that drifts near shore.

Vent Count
A brass-stamped badge riveted to the poster frame, ticking off those noble ventilation holes like ports on a flagship. Front view and three-quarter variant both carry the same count, because dignity. Count is literal, not metaphor: every dot a wind tunnel, every wind tunnel an opinion. The badge never blinks, never negotiates. It simply tallies breath.

Sock Status
A hard little status field under the portrait flips between two truths: CLEAR, air like a coastal gale, or CONTAMINATED, a sock has trespassed. When the field reads clear, the vents hum in peace. When it reads contaminated, everyone holds their nose and waits for justice.

Trials of the Toe
Three micro-scenes, stamped like vignettes on the map. Verdict, every time: the hugeness persuades.
Debate Dock
A shiny loafer argues arch support; the Croc parks alongside, larger than the podium, and the crowd migrates toward the vents.
Gallery Floor
A heel clicks out a thesis on elegance; the Croc rotates slightly, three-quarter view catching the compass rose, instant silence.
Picnic Battery
A sock sneaks near the toe; a single breeze through a vent lifts napkins, morale, and the case. Airflow is policy.
Sole raised for the record: even upturned, the vents keep counting.Fig. IV
Insert Sock
A comically oversized button spawns a lone sock onto the map. Drag it toward the shoe. Near the vents, physics remembers its duty.
Drag the sock over the clog. It will not end well for the sock.
